Prices are in Euro per night from 2 persons without meals incl. Hochkönigcard, excl. Visitor’s tax – and tourism taxes.

Arrival: Possible from 3 pm
Departure: By 10 a.m. at the latest

Payment: In cash or, if desired, by bank transfer in advance (before the start of the vacation), you will be given our bank details.

To confirm your booking, please transfer 20% of the booking amount as a deposit to our account. You will receive the details after booking.

It’s not uncommon for things to turn out differently than you think and the booked vacation has to be canceled or cut short prematurely. The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead our General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply.

Cancellation:
Cancellations are subject to the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB).

You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price. From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price. If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price, in case of early departure 100%.

We would like to spare you these unnecessary costs and the associated hassle.

We therefore recommend taking out Hotel Cancellation Plus or the comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance (incl. accident benefits) to cover cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue).
